Saltwater & Self Trust™ is a retreat for women who are tired of abandoning themselves just to keep the peace.
Set against the calm beauty of Hilton Head Island, this weekend is designed to help you slow down, exhale, and reconnect with the part of yourself you’ve been overriding for far too long.
Through meaningful conversations, nervous system–safe practices, mindful movement, reflection, beach walks, rest, laughter, and gentle transformational work, you’ll begin learning how to trust your own voice again — not from pressure or performance, but from a place of grounded clarity.
