This work is slower and gentler than that. Together, we pay attention to the patterns, survival responses, and old beliefs that may have kept you stuck for years. Using somatic work, Brainspotting, Hypnotherapy, and deeper identity-based coaching, we begin reconnecting you with yourself again — not the version of you everyone else expects, but the real one underneath all the noise.

Your body already knows a lot before your mind catches up. Part of this work is learning how to listen to it again.
